About BTOB Moments Database
BTOB Moments Database is a website meant to help people find moments involving BTOB. I often found myself thinking "When was it that XYZ happened? What was that one song they sang in the waiting room that one time? Was that one funny moment from the promotion period for this song or that song?" I thought it would be easier if you could search the contents of things like Beatcom, etc.
How to Use This Site
The main way to use this site is the search function at the top of every page. You can search in either Korean or English for keywords relating to the moment you are thinking of, and (hopefully) then you can find the moment you want.
You can also browse moments through the menus. There are menus for moments containing each respective member. There are also menus for units (subgroups) and lines (2-member combinations).

Things to keep in mind
My criteria for what constitutes a "moment": my first priority is funny moments that are describable, able to be summarized. I also try to make sure to include whenever BTOB sings snippets of songs outside of their regular performances, but I don't generally include when they just essentially do their regular jobs singing their own songs onstage, for tours, events, music shows, etc. Beyond that, I'll include whatever I think is memorable or notable and describable. (If you can't describe it beyond "X makes a cute/funny/handsome expression" then it makes it hard to search for it, which is the whole point of the website, so I don't tend to include those.) I know some people may disagree with choices to not include certain things, but ultimately this kind of inevitably has to be subjective. If you believe I have missed an important moment from the videos already covered, please check out the Submit page!
If you search in Korean, you may be able to find more things most of the time, because I generally try to include most things said by the members as a searchable field, but I don't translate all of that into English. There are too many different ways to translate stuff, and they can vary from website to website. I think you should still be able to find things from the keywords and descriptions, though.
Each moment from a larger video also includes the timecode where the moment happens. Unfortunately, the embedded videos don't start at the proper timecode if browsing on mobile. You either have to navigate to the time yourself or click on the timecode, which will open the video at the correct starting point in a new tab. On desktop, the top video should start at the proper time. (If the moment is less than 60 seconds long, it will be available as a clip on Youtube. If it's more than 60 seconds long, it'll start at the proper time but there won't be an endpoint.)
Generally speaking, none of the keywords will involve what a member is wearing or what he looks like unless it's really relevant. So even if in your head you remember that Changsub was wearing a yellow sweater during the moment you're looking for, searching "changsub yellow sweater" won't help. But if you look at the images, it still might help you narrow things down.
Unlike Google, Twitter, etc, there is currently no way for site visitors to manually filter search results by date, member, video, etc. I'd like to implement that but my coding skills aren't good enough. However you should still be able to at least sort of replicate filters just by adding search terms; for example, you can't filter results by date but you can search "2017."
The dates listed for the video sources are when the video was uploaded. This means that when the moment actually happened will generally be earlier. For example, if the moment happened on May 5th, 2017, but the Beatcom containing it wasn't uploaded until June 5th, 2017, the date listed on this site will be June 5th. It's just too complicated otherwise, and ultimately I figure the more important thing isn't when the moment first happened, it's when Melody first saw it. Later, when I start to add live broadcasts such as Vlives, those dates will of course be the same or almost the same as when they originally aired, but please keep in mind that usually the date/time is determined by when the broadcast ended and finished uploading. (So if someone started a live at 11:30pm but it ended after midnight, the date listed will be the after midnight date. Or if a more official live was edited somehow before being officially uploaded, it might be a day or so after the live actually happened.)
Last Notes and Future Plans
I hope people can find this site useful. It's still got a long way to go; eventually I'd like to include moments from all Beatcom episodes, The Beat, other Cube behind videos, etc, but it's not finished yet. Obviously the more data I input, the more useful this site will be, but it's definitely a work in progress and still has a long way to go.
If you would like to contribute a moment to the site, you can do so on the Submit page. It's okay to submit in English if you don't know Korean, please just make sure to include the sourcing, timecode, information, etc. Thank you so much if you choose to do that! Please do check to make sure that the moment you want to contribute isn't already in the database first.
Other than just data, there are other features and menus I would like to improve or include on the site in the future. At some point I may open up a way to contact me to suggest features; keep in mind, however, that some of the reasons I haven't been able to implement all of the features that I want is that I don't know Javascript. If there are any Melodies who are good at coding in Javascript, please leave your email address in the submit page instead of a BTOB moment!
